If you prefer a little town rather then the countryside, we can offer our house in Palau. We rent it out directly at a reduced price.

Accommodation and prices

The apartment is located in upper area of Palau with a beautiful view on the seascape. It takes a few minutes walking to get to the center of the town or to the marina.
Indipendent entrance door and parking lot are sun-shed by a wide porch.
It is a two storey row house
- on the first floor you will find the kitchen with fridge and the cooker, a wide terrace prospecting the sea with grill for barbecues, a double bedroom and one bathroom.
- on the second floor you will find an other double bedroom, one bathroom and a second terrace still prospecting the sea.

10% discount are accredited for reservation longer then 2 weeks (august excluded)

Conditions of payment:

It is necessary a booking prepayment, it is 50% of the whole amount (money order, bank transfer). For 30 days advance cancellation 50% of the prepayment will be refund, no refund if notificated later then that time. The refund will be executed within 30 days from the cancellation notification.
(The refund cost will be detracted from the refund itself)
At the check-in the whole amount has to be paid.
A 200,00 € deposit is required, which will be returned at the check-out if no damage at the house or at the belongings occurs.
